Journal Entry #353: Tall Buildings

When I was a young lad, I used to let the water build up in the tub while I took a shower. I just enjoye the water in between my toes while I as showering. The water from the spray on the water at the bottom of the tub also. It sounded like rain. It was so cool to me. I thought I just share that with you. I will call this unique stye of washing “shathing.” It is still a working title.

I went to the actual beach today though. The water was not as clear as the blue sky. But it did the job I needed it for my happiness. It was not cold or full of trash. There were others kayaking and surfing. It was not a lot of peope but I like a smaller crowd anyway. I do not like the fear of getting my belongings stolen while I wade in the water. You know how miserable it would be to walk on that hot asphalt with a not a plan in mind?

I did a little stopping today too. It was nothing too extravagant. That is how I like to keep it. I should have bought some more casual pants though. I will tackle that at another time. I need some good Dockers. I walked up and down that mall multiple times too. It came equipped with two floors of Forever 21. The men’s section was still a corner on the basement floor. They should just discontinue the men’s line. It is clear that it is not the bread winner in that company.

The jazz festival is a great event. It is even nicer that it is over three days. We are just getting started too. I can not tell you the name of any of the artist but they were good. The performance were spread out in about four locations downtown. It made it quite comfortable for the big crowd. I never stayed for a performer’s entire set. I supposed I have good music ADD. I do not know what to call it. I can not call it shathing. That has already been used.

P.S. I should have bought them maroon Gap shorts.
